We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programming Engineer to join our advanced manufacturing team. You will be responsible for translating engineering blueprints into efficient, error-free machine code using modern CAD/CAM software. You will optimize toolpaths, design work-holding, and collaborate with machinists to ensure seamless production runs.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Problem solving initiatives around Programming Work & support other work areas
  • Lead Daily Team meetings
  • Coordinate with Project Managers on questions, problems & RFI's for all projects
  • Document standard work & train Team Membersย 
  • Audit Team Members adherence to Standard Work
  • Handle problems raised by Team Members
  • Handle abnormal work
  • Escalate problems to Modeling Manager as necessary
  • Track Work inputs and outputs & evaluate for quality
  • Track progress against schedules
  • Back fill Team Member work load as necessary
Knowledge:
  • Company framing systems (curtain wall, ribbon wall, storefront)
  • Contract Documents (Architectural drawings, Structural drawings, Specifications)
  • Structural Engineering (basic understanding, interact with 3rd party PE's)
