Job description

Perform electrical and general mechanical troubleshooting of equipment to determine maintenance repairs needed to properly maintain equipment in good working order as directed.

Also keeping your work area clean and organized, and any work areas you are working, clean-up after yourself.

  • Perform routine cleaning, lubricating and preventative maintenance on all equipment.  Diagnosis and fix all electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic breakdowns.
  • Ensure PM’s are up to date with all Amanda equipment.  Inspect equipment for potential issues and address as needed.  
  • Update maintenance log with work performed and hours spent finishing work.
  • Install or assist with all new equipment installation.
  • Ensure spare parts are on shelf, checked out, and restocked when used, ensure the set MIN/MAX quantities for spare parts are properly maintained.
  • Also keeping your work area clean and organized, and any work area where you are working, clean up after yourself.
  • Follow and comply with all OSHA regulations.

Instruction Methods and Procedures Used: Being able to read blueprints and general mechanical knowledge.  Lock-out/Tag-out training required.
