Roles and Responsibilities
● Work as part of a team to collaborate on innovative solutions, participate in code
reviews, and deliver enhancements to core products.
● Analyze software requirements and translate them into technical implementation of new
product functionality.
● Perform root cause analysis and develop solutions to software defects.
● Collaborate with cross functional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy
and quality delivery of released software.
● Present technical topics to teammates and demonstrate functionality to business users.
● Lead small teams to accomplish development initiatives
● Provide mentorship for other team members



Essential Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
● 5+ years software development experience using modern software languages with
exposure to all phases of the software development lifecycle
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
● Relevant experience in Java, Spring, Angular and SQL Databases
● Strong problem-solving and communication skills
● Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team
