What is a Seasonal H1B Visa Mechanical Engineer?

A Seasonal H1B Visa Mechanical Engineer is a professional mechanical engineer who is employed in the United States on an H1B visa for a specific period, typically in response to seasonal demand within industries like agriculture, construction, or manufacturing. The H1B visa is a non-immigrant visa that allows U.S. employers to temporarily employ foreign workers in specialty occupations. While the standard H1B is not typically used for seasonal work (which is more common with H-2B visas), some employers may sponsor mechanical engineers on an H1B for project-based or time-limited roles. These engineers are responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical systems during their seasonal employment period.
