  • Assist with the continued development and growth of the facility's respiratory therapy program.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and respiratory education for staff.
  • Provide additional respiratory therapy coverage, including occasional supplemental or on-call support, as needed to maintain respiratory services.
What We're Looking For

  • Experience with or willingness to learn non-invasive ventilation (BiPAP/CPAP).
  • Skilled nursing, long-term care, or acute care experience preferred.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and patient-centered.
Why This Job
  • Competitive pay: $30-$38/hour, based on experience.
  • Full-time night shift (10:00 PM-10:00 AM).
  • Three scheduled 12-hour shifts per week with opportunities for additional hours.
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Time Off, and additional benefits.
  • Supportive nursing and clinical leadership.
  • Opportunity to help build and shape a growing respiratory therapy program from the ground up.
  • Professional growth in an expanding post-acute respiratory care service.

If you're looking for a unique opportunity to help build a respiratory therapy program, work closely with nursing leadership, and make a meaningful impact in post-acute care, we'd love to hear from you.
