We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Integration Technical Lead to join a high-performing team focused on delivering scalable, enterprise-grade integration solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys driving complex integrations across multiple platforms.

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce integration solutions across enterprise systems
• Architect and develop API-led integrations using REST/SOAP and middleware platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
• Oversee end-to-end integration lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of integration solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and data flow issues
• Drive best practices around code quality, documentation, and governance
• Support CI/CD processes and environment management

• Strong experience with Salesforce platform, including integration architecture
• Proven background leading complex system integrations in enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and data integration patterns
• Experience with middleware/integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar)
• Solid understanding of data modeling, transformation, and ETL concepts
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce development best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently

• Experience with API management and microservices architecture
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Prior experience in a technical lead or architect capacity

• Contract engagement with potential for extension or long-term opportunity
• Remote flexibility with occasional collaboration as needed
• Fast-moving team with immediate project impact
