Operations Intern

EMP is looking for a Growth & Operations Intern to help support the day-to-day operations of a growing mindset, leadership, and speaking company.

This role is ideal for a student interested in entrepreneurship, sports, leadership, branding, business operations, and relationship management.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Helping organize speaking engagements and logistics
  • Managing follow-ups and relationship tracking
  • Researching conferences and opportunities
  • Assisting with scheduling and operational organization
  • Supporting event preparation and execution
  • Helping maintain systems, files, and business materials
  • Supporting social/media/content efforts when needed

This is not a “sit and observe” internship. The ideal person is dependable, organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple moving pieces in a fast-moving environment.
