Operational Leadership & Personnel Management
  • Supervises daily operational oversight of billing and post-submission claims follow-up, including the resolution of denials, underpayments, information requests, corrected claims, and other account issues.
  • Conducts comprehensive performance management, documents employee progress, reviews compensation, and drives employment/hiring decisions.
  • Manages, trains, and orients a team of two or more direct reports, ensuring competencies align with departmental performance standards.
  • Monitors team metrics, reviews production volume, audits work quality, and distributes daily workloads to optimize short-term goal achievement.
  • Resolves complex, escalated issues with insurance third-party payers and patients in a customer-focused, compliant manner.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3 years of relevant experience required. 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
