- Rate type options: Daily On Call, Weekend Call and Call Back
- What Percent of the Practice is Adult: 90% Pediatric: 10% 16+
- What Percent of the Practice is Trauma: Depends on the day, providers may see GSW and hypothermia; Level II at Mount Carmel East
- What Percent of the Practice is Outpatient: This would be outpatient EEG review
- What Percent of the Practice is Inpatient: 95%

- Provide exact availability for dates listed in job - REQUIRED (credentialing is 120 days)
- Covid Vaccinated - REQUIRED
- OH License - REQUIRED, no exceptions ( not accepting IMLC)
- BLS- REQUIRED
- Local/drive in candidates - Preferred
- Clean background, no malpractice - REQUIRED for all MC needs, no exceptions
