As the Sr. Analyst- Technology Continuity & Disaster Recovery, you play a critical role in the continuity of Wendy's IT Services. On a day-to-day basis, you will be engaged in the governance of ITIL service management processes and the Change-Advisory Board. You will also be responsible for maintaining the overall Wendy's IT Disaster Recovery Plan by interfacing with different technology leaders and key business functions on a regular cadence.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the execution of processes for governance of purview technology programs/services and managing the program risks and issues, service SLA's and communications with all stakeholders. Ensures timely delivery of new capabilities and functionality, managing vendor partners and project resources to established budget.
  • Serve as SME on disaster recovery including, but not limited to: coordination, planning, business processes and integrations. Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to identify and document business requirements. Evaluate capabilities and recommend solutions that meet the business requirements.
  • Partner closely with product owners and teams using knowledge of overall disaster recovery best practices. Facilitate review, planning, continuous improvement well as recommend work arounds or solutions. Engage vendor partners for support of deeper analysis and resolution as needed.
  • Leverage analytical skills to identify and recommend strategies to optimize spend of purview technology programs/services.
  • Develop and run reports for all supported systems and services. Use analytics to inform configuration and roadmap decisions. Develop and share actionable insights with internal stakeholders.

Pay Range: $93,000.00 - $158,000.00 Annually
What we expect from you
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field is preferred
  • 5+ years of technology experience with a minimum of 2 years' experience in IT Service Management, Disaster Recovery, or other related technologies.
  • Ability to quantify resource requirements and measure and communicate proposed project benefits.
  • Deep working knowledge of Disaster Recovery processes and standards.Experience multitasking across multiple projects and partner with technical teams to achieve milestones leveraging project management disciplines, waterfall, agile, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others. Experience facilitating meetings with multiple customers and technical staff, including building consensus and mediating compromises when necessary.
  • Experience partnering with technology teams and business leaders in developing and executing plans in alignment with business strategies.
  • Relevant Certifications: ITIL, Agile, Business Continuity Professional or related certification supporting disaster recovery is preferred.
Expected Work Location (In Office): It is expected that you will primarily perform work at the Wendy's Restaurant Support Center (RSC) (1 Dave Thomas Blvd, Dublin, OH 43017), or at other location(s) as designated by the Company. You are required to work in the office at least 4 days a week. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs. #LI-Onsite

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. The target annual bonus for this role is 10% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
