We’re looking for a Workflow Operations Manager to lead a critical part of that system: the team responsible for transforming data, files, and customer inputs into production-ready output.

What You’ll Do

· Lead and develop teams across Prepress, Data/Mailing Services, and Storefront operations

· Ensure files, data, storefront orders, and workflows are accurate and production-ready

· Improve processes, reduce inefficiencies, and support workflow automation initiatives

· Partner with Production, Scheduling, Account Management, IT, and Client Services to support smooth execution

· Help build scalable, repeatable systems that improve quality, speed, and accountability
