Responsibilities

  • Enter and update information in company databases and document management systems.
  • Review legal correspondence, case files, and other documents for processing.
  • Search for and retrieve information from multiple databases and CRM systems.
  • Organize, file, and maintain electronic records and documentation.
  • Track and manage high volumes of documents while maintaining accuracy.
  • Support paralegals and legal staff with document management activities.
  • Ensure files are properly categorized and maintained according to company procedures.
  • Perform data validation and quality checks on records and documents.


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Associate Degree required.
  • Previous experience in data entry, records management, document processing, legal support, or administrative support preferred.
  • Familiarity with legal documents or litigation terminology is a plus.
