Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or Associate's degree
  • Familiarity with the basics of litigation (understanding party names, legal venues, defense counsel, opposing counsel, etc.)
  • Experience working with legal documents, or the ability to quickly learn and understand a variety of documents in a legal setting
  • Intermediate to Expert: Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Intermediate to Expert: Data Entry (Type)
  • Be a quick learner, self-motivated, multitask
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Handle a high volume of repetitive tasks
  • Be very comfortable with computers
  • Be able to work in a professional office environment

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data entry and processing to assist paralegals in the Legal Department of BMW of North America, LLC
  • Review documents, including correspondence and legal documents, and understand their general content
