Pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay range is subject to change depending on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and training.
Responsibilities
This hybrid role is primarily focused on order entry, and the remaining 25% of the role involves assisting the material handling team as needed.
Clerical responsibilities:
  • Processing, verifying, and managing customer orders with a high level of accuracy
  • General clerical responsibilities such as data entry, document management, filing, and administrative support
  • Responsibilities may include recording inventory/production information or other data in Excel and generating weekly, monthly, and yearly reports
  • Answers several phone lines and takes messages

Material Handling responsibilities:
  • Supporting warehouse operations such as picking, packing, inventory organization, and general logistics support
  • Loads, unloads, and move materials from one location to another within the plant using a turret truck, tow motor, stack truck, and/or electric truck (walkie)
  • Reads work orders or follows oral instructions to move materials or containers
  • May weigh skids for shipping purposes
  • Lifts skids of product on pallet wrapper machine with stack truck
  • Forklift experience preferred on both stand up and sit down forklifts.

  • PC training or comparable experience (mostly used are WORD and EXCEL)
