Job description

Transform Labs is looking for a Senior .NET/Angular Developer Team Lead to drive development on an automotive application.

We need a hands-on technical leader with 7+ years of experience who can write great code, mentor a small team, and play well with everyone else, including the client.


You bring:

  • Strong .NET Core and Angular experience
  • A track record of leading and mentoring developer teams
  • Comfort running code reviews and holding a high bar for quality
  • Experience working in a fully Agile environment
  • Clear, confident communication with stakeholders at every level
  • U.S.-based and eligible to work without sponsorship


You'll need your own equipment for this position, although we'll pay for any subscriptions/seats.

Machine requirements:

Windows

  • Windows 11 Pro
  • 32GB RAM+
  • 12th generation Core i7 / Core i9 (or AMD equivalent)
  • 2TB SSD (or nvme) minimum
