As an Autobody Technician, you will:

  • Restore structural condition in accordance with Performance integrity and manufacturer's specifications
  • Communicate with body shop manager and parts department through all collision repairs
  • Ability to work with a variety of materials, along with basic electrical, glass and mechanical installations
  • Maintain communication with entire collision center/dealership associates throughout the day
  • Execute repair procedures and protocols in a timely manner based on estimates timeframe
  • Perform any other work-related duties assigned by his/her supervisor
  • Flexibility with days and hours in times of high volume

Skills, Experience and Educational Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years minimum of auto body technician experience required
  • Able to make independent decisions on repair process, parts and timing
  • Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, etc. required to perform the job in a safe and proper manner.
  • Maintain an energetic, positive attitude and work well with others
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen
