Job description

The Ohio State University College of Medicine and the Wexner Medical Center seek an academic cardiovascular imaging physician to join the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, Advanced Imaging Section as the Program Director for Cardiac CT. Academic rank and track commensurate with academic record and experience.

We are seeking a board‑eligible or board‑certified Cardiovascular Medicine Imaging physician/physician scientist to lead the expansion of coronary and structural imaging services for both inpatient and outpatient populations at the Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital and the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

Responsibilities
  • Lead program development, strategy, and oversight of Cardiac CT imaging services.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to integrate advanced imaging into patient care.
  • Mentor and supervise residents, fellows, and staff.
  • Drive research and clinical trials related to cardiac imaging.
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Board eligible or board certified in Cardiovascular Medicine Imaging.
  • Completed a U.S.‑accredited cardiology fellowship.
  • Eligible for an Ohio medical license.
  • Experience in clinical or translational research preferred.
  • Academic rank and salary commensurate with prior training and experience.
