Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who is interested in relocating to North Dakota to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care and support with daily living activities, helping patients maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
  •  Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) 
  •  Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance 
  •  Assist patients with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and prescribed exercises 
  •  Monitor and record vital signs 
  •  Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff 
  •  Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and monitoring nutritional intake 
  •  Provide compassionate emotional support and companionship 
  •  Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment 
  •  Collaborate effectively with nurses, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals 
  •  Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and infection-control policies 
Qualifications
  •  High school diploma or GED required 
  •  Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required 
  •  Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred 
  •  Basic computer and documentation skills 
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  •  Ability to lift, move, and assist patients safely 
  •  Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred 
  •  Willingness and ability to relocate to North Dakota
