Job description

At Baesman, we’ve refocused on building production systems that are consistent, accountable, and continuously improving. We’re looking for a Quality & Process Improvement Manager to help strengthen the way we define quality, train associates, follow processes, and solve operational problems.

This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role for someone who is comfortable working across departments, challenging inconsistent processes, and helping managers drive accountability. The right person will be practical, direct, organized, and focused on making improvements that actually stick.

If you enjoy improving quality, building repeatable processes, developing training standards, and helping teams execute more consistently, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and reinforce quality standards across production and supporting departments
  • Identify recurring errors, process breakdowns, rework, spoilage, and quality trends
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective action efforts
  • Work with department managers to ensure procedures, training expectations, and quality standards are followed
  • Help hold teams accountable for completing corrective actions and sustaining improvements
  • Develop and maintain training materials, checklists, process documentation, and standard work instructions
  • Support continuous improvement efforts focused on reducing waste, improving consistency, and increasing operational execution
  • Oversee sample collection, quality documentation, and related quality initiatives
What We’re Looking For Required
  • Experience in quality, continuous improvement, operations, manufacturing, production, or a related field
  • Strong problem‑solving, follow‑up, and organizational skills
  • Ability to influence managers and teams across departments
  • Comfort addressing process issues directly and professionally
  • Strong understanding of root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Ability to turn inconsistent practices into clear, repeatable procedures
  • Willingness to spend time on the production floor observing how work actually happens
Nice to Have
  • Print, packaging, fulfillment, mailing, or manufacturing experience
  • Lean, Six Sigma, ISO, quality systems, or formal continuous improvement trainingExperience creating training programs, process documentation, quality checklists, or standard work instructions
  • Prior supervisory or management experience
