About the Job
The Planning Program Coach is a full-time, remote position that works with local LifeWise launch teams to successfully pray, promote and plan their local LifeWise program.
This role serves as a trusted guide throughout the planning process by equipping, training, inspiring and coming alongside the local launch team as they develop a plan, consult with local administrators, begin local fund raising, recruit and hire a local program director.
Responsibilities
  • Guide local Launch Teams through the planning phase by helping them develop strategic launch plans, navigate the school acknowledgment and approval process, and successfully recruit and hire Program Directors.
  • Build and strengthen high-performing Launch Teams by equipping members with the tools, resources, and support needed for long-term success.
  • Recruit, identify, and retain qualified leaders who align with the mission, vision, and values of LifeWise Academy.
  • Train, coach, equip, and provide ongoing feedback to Launch Teams, fostering accountability, leadership development, and organizational excellence.
  • Support the healthy growth and expansion of LifeWise programs by identifying opportunities, removing barriers, and implementing strategic solutions.
  • Evaluate program health and progress using established metrics, document findings within the LifeWise customer relationship management (CRM) platform, and develop action plans to move communities forward.
  • Partner with Planning Team leadership to translate strategic initiatives into practical processes, implement scalable systems, and continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Planning Team operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for local communities throughout the planning process.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications and Experience
  • A mature personal Christian faith consistent with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Experience working with ministry personnel, school administration and community leaders
  • Experience working in an organization using Salesforce (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 3+ years in a ministry or other leadership position
  • Proficient using Google Workspace suite of tools and programs
