Job description

Title: ยญCustomer Service Representative

Reports to: General Manager / Resort Owner

Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing every client with a โ€œwow experienceโ€. As a CSR, you are the face of the company. The CSRโ€™s purpose is to make every person and dog that walks in feel comfortable, confident, and like a VIP. They are also entrusted to ensure the mission and values are protected and upheld.

Essential Job Functions:

โ— Fluent in Microsoft Office and well-versed in computer usage

โ— Willing/able to learn new computer programs easily

โ— Very customer service-oriented

โ— Able to use down time effectively

โ— Greets all customers coming into the building

โ— Performs Check In/Check Out and reservation procedures in the POS system

โ— Accepts payment from customers

โ— Takes custody of pets and makes sure they are properly placed in the building

โ— Answers telephone inquiries

โ— Works closely with owner in charge to handle small office tasks

โ— Provides tours of the facility to potential customers when necessary

โ— Responsible for feeding and medicating of all dogs

โ— Provides personal playtimes for dogs when such a service is requested

โ— Takes dogs outside for elimination breaks

โ— Performs body checks on to search for pre-existing conditions and/or injuries

โ— Has the ability to perform the following tasks at the request of the General Manager/Owner

โ—‹ Sanitation of all boarding and daycare accommodations

QUALIFICATIONS:

Job Requirements:

ยท Must complete K9 Resorts Certification Program for a Customer Service Representative

ยท Customer service-oriented

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience is preferred but not required
  • Some weekend and holiday hours are required

  • Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
