The job details are as follows:As a Principal Software Engineer, you will be a technical leader responsible for setting the technical direction of the organization. You will mentor senior engineers, drive innovation, and solve complex technical challenges. You will also collaborate with leadership to define the long-term technical strategy and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical leader.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers.
  • Drive long-term technical strategy and vision.
  • Collaborate with product management and leadership to define product roadmaps.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • 12+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong programming skills in one or more languages .
  • Extensive experience with software development methodologies.
  • Ability to lead and mentor teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of database systems.
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms.
  • Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
  • Experience integrating AI tools, frameworks, and concepts into the software development process .
