Key Responsibilities

As an intern, you will:

  • Assist with Data Projects:Helpcollect, organize, and analyzebusiness data related to pricing,growth, distribution, and performance.

  • Turn Data into Insights:Identify patterns andtrends andjoindiscussions about howdata informs decisions.

  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:Work alongsideportfoliomanagers,underwriters,analysts, andsales partnersto understand howdifferent rolescome together tocontribute to business outcomes.

  • Create Visuals & Presentations:Help build simple dashboards or slide decks to communicate findings clearly and professionally.

  • Explore AIin Action:Learn how AI is used in insurance, like predictive modelingandautomation,andassistwith research or analysis involving AI tools.

  • Grow Professionally:Attend team meetings, training sessions, and intern events to build industry knowledge,professional confidence, anda network.

Nationwide pays on a geographic-specific salary structure and placement within the actual starting salary range for this position will be determined by a number of factors including the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; and other conditions of employment.The national hourly pay range for Nationwide Internships is: $23 - $50
