This is a part time role, 24 hours/week. Schedule will Mon 8-4pm & Fri 7:30-4pm in our Dublin Location, Thurs 8-5pmWesterville

Essential Functions:
- Prepares correspondence, documents, reports, and other materials which may be moderately complex or confidential, sometimes requiring independent judgment.
- Submits prior authorizations for personal hearing healthcare equipment needs.
- Assists with diagnostic audiology evaluations (BOA, VRA, CPA).
- Troubleshoots and repairs hearing aids and cochlear implants for patients and families with walk-in needs.
- Supports the NCH Employee Transport screening program.
- Orders and coordinates disbursement of clinical supplies to support supply par levels.
Education Requirement:
High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
Licensure Requirement:
Appropriate State Licensure within 180 days of hire, required.
Skills:
- Basic technology and database skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with audiologists, physicians, and clinical staff.
- Ability to handle multiple job functions simultaneously.
- Must have excellent organizational and accuracy skills.
Experience:
One year of clerical experience in medical facility, preferred.
Physical Requirements:
