Are you looking for a meaningful opportunity to make an impact? Noor Staffing Group is hiring Field Interviewers on behalf of our client to conduct face-to-face interviews with residents in nursing and residential care facilities across Ohio.
As a Field Interviewer, you will use a tablet device to conduct 15–20-minute structured interviews with residents who have varying health conditions and cognitive abilities. Your work will help evaluate quality of life for people with disabilities who receive state services. Results are shared with facilities and on the public Ohio Long-Term Care Quality Navigator website.
Key Details:

  • Three Days of Paid Training: In-person classroom and field training will be held September 14th – 18th. Post-Training Schedule: Work at facilities Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (varies based on location and facility needs). Hours include time at facilities, paid breaks every 4 hours, and a 30-minute paid lunch for team check-ins and planning. You will also be reimbursed for mileage and drive time. On some days, the total hours worked may exceed 8 hours, when combining drive time and time worked at the facility, and on other days, work hours may not be a full 8-hour shift. Number of days scheduled per week and number of hours worked per week may vary.
  • Regular Travel: Up to 75 miles one-way daily, with potential for longer distances if needed.
Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate skillfully, frequently, and in a timely manner via email, phone, and in-person.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in regular quality assurance observations and pass observation interviews, as evaluated by Quality Assurance Mentors.
Requirements

  • Demonstrate concern and sensitivity to issues of disability, illness, and communication challenges.
  • Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow structured interview protocols.
  • Tech-savvy – comfortable with email, file uploads, and using a tablet.

  • Reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license and insurance.
  • Adhere to a business casual dress code and other project policies.
  • Pass two-day classroom training and one-day field training.
Preferred Qualifications
