Job description

Orthopedic One, Central Ohio's most trusted Orthopedic practice, is experiencing growth and adding outpatient Physical Therapists to our various central Ohio locations!
Salary: New graduates at Orthopedic One can expect a starting salary of $73,000 per year. If employed full-time, new staff PT will receive a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, and following one year of experience, eligibility for quarterly productivity bonuses, ranging from $7,000-$9,000 annually.

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Evaluate and treat all patients referred for physical therapy in our state-of-the-art outpatient clinics with top-of-the-line equipment and modalities.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapy providers and other departments regarding evaluative findings and patient needs.
  • Complete and submit all documentation and reports pertaining to patient evaluations and treatment plans.

Professional Qualifications Required:
  • Degree from an American Physical Therapy Association accredited school of Physical Therapy
  • Current, unrestricted, Ohio licensure
  • Patient centered focus, with a strong work ethic and commitment to helping our patients get back to doing the things they love!
