Job description

Location: VSF Rentals is headquartered near Piqua, Ohio. You'll work out of leasing offices across our portfolio properties throughout the Piqua, Troy, and Sidney area, with your own dedicated workspace at each site.

Full-Time Position — Quick Overview: No leasing or real estate experience required. We're looking for someone who's a sales all-star. We have a strong culture built around performance and growth — elite teams aren't hired, they're built. This role owns our entire lead-to-lease funnel across a multi-property portfolio, managing in-person showings and helping us modernize our leasing sales process. If you're organized, proactive, customer-service driven, and love sales, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:
  • Own the lead-to-lease process across our portfolio properties in the Piqua/Troy/Sidney corridor, conducting showings with the goal of finding qualified residents
  • Manage the full cycle — showings, applications, leasing, move-ins — using our property management and leasing software, with support from the full leasing team
  • Earn commission on every new resident lease and every renewal executed
  • Provide top-tier service to future and current residents
  • Collaborate with the team to improve resident satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Lead and coach leasing staff across multiple sites as our portfolio grows
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Tech-savvy — comfortable with spreadsheets, Google Drive, and CRM/property management software
  • You must be a closer
Why Work With Us?
  • 2 weeks PTO minimum, no waiting period, with ramp-up from there
  • All tech provided to set you up for success
  • Quarterly reviews with annual bonus incentives
  • Salary + commission for strong earning potential
  • 401(k) with company plan
  • Collaborative, supportive team environment
  • Real advancement opportunities — we're a growth-focused business scaling quickly, with meaningful properties added to our portfolio this year
  • Travel between nearby sites may be required as we grow; fuel costs covered, with mileage available for tax deduction
Our Culture:
  • We hold a high bar — for effort, results, and mindset
  • We move fast, track performance clearly, and expect to win
  • Performance is visible and rewarded — no politics, no favoritism
  • We're direct about expectations from day one, so you always know where you stand
  • We'll give you the tools, training, and support to grow fast — if you're competitive and want to be measured on real results, you'll thrive here

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000–$90,000/year (salary + commission)

Benefits: Paid time off, 401(k), professional development assistance

Schedule: Day shift, evenings/weekends as needed, Monday–Friday, no on-call
