  • Administer Azure AD users, groups, conditional access policies, and role-based access controls
  • Deploy, manage, and maintain CrowdStrike Falcon across macOS and Windows endpoints
  • Monitor endpoint security posture, investigate alerts, and coordinate response actions as needed
  • Ensure adherence to security best practices, least-privilege access, and compliance standards
Endpoint Management
  • Deploy, manage, and support macOS, iOS, and Windows devices using JAMF and Microsoft Intune
  • Automate device provisioning, patching, compliance checks, and security enforcement
  • Troubleshoot endpoint hardware, OS, application, and security agent issues
Support & Operations
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for identity, endpoint, workspace, and security platforms
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex IT and endpoint security incidents
  • Create and maintain documentation for systems, configurations, processes, and SOPs
  • Participate in on-call rotations or after-hours support as required
Automation & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to automate IT and security workflows to reduce manual effort
  • Continuously improve system reliability, security posture, and end-user experience
  • Support audits, security reviews, and incident response activities

Who You Are
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT systems engineering, systems administration, or a related role
  • Hands-on experience administering:
    • Google Workspace
    • JAMF
    • Microsoft Intune and Azure Active Directory
    • Okta
    • CrowdStrike Falcon
  • Experience supporting MacOS and Windows endpoint environments
  • Strong understanding of identity management, endpoint security, and modern IT architectures
  • Proven troubleshooting, documentation, and incident response skills

  • Experience in fast-growing, startup, or highly regulated environments
  • Relevant certifications (Google, JAMF, Microsoft, Okta, CrowdStrike) are a plus
