ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Katie Rider - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive person who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As an Assistant Office Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and business goals for our office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist Office Manager with creating meeting materials, office reporting, and inventory tracking. 
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, manage Agent's calendars.
  • Work with the Agent to establish and help meet marketing goals through community events, digital marketing, and outreach. 
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. 
  • Work alongside your office’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations. 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Prior experience in Customer Service or Administrative Assistant role or another professional office preferred.
  • Excellent task management, documentation, follow-up and prioritization.
  • Comfortable learning CRM Systems, insurance systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
