Job description

Location: Columbus, OH
Position Type: Full-Time Physician – OBGYN

Overview

Exciting opportunity to join a growing, well-established OBGYN practice offering a balanced clinic + surgical model with access to MFM support and Level III NICUs. The role includes a collaborative environment with opportunities for resident teaching.

Practice Highlights
  • Split time between clinic (3–3.5 days/week) and OR (1 day/week)

  • Shared 1:4–1:5 call rotation (including weekends); midwives cover 1:3 call

  • Perform robotic surgeriesrobotics interest highly preferred

  • Resident education opportunity available through OBGYN residency program (not required)

  • Must reside within 30 minutes of affiliated hospitals

  • Position start date: ASAP or by Fall 2026

  • No supervision responsibilities

  • New grads welcome to apply

Candidate Requirements
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 2 years of eligibility with testing plans) – REQUIRED

  • Board Certified preferred

  • OH license (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED

  • Clean malpractice and license history – REQUIRED

  • DEA (or able to obtain) – REQUIRED

  • Robotic surgery interest – HIGHLY PREFERRED

  • Must live within 30 minutes of hospitals

  • Not open to: locum, locum-to-perm, 1099, visa candidates, or candidates seeking alternate schedules

Schedule & Coverage
  • Traditional clinic + call model

  • Clinic: 3–3.5 days/week | OR: 1 day/week

  • Call rotation: 1:4–1:5 including weekends (midwives cover 1:3 call)

Compensation & Benefits
  • Guaranteed base salary: $285,000 + immediate bonus potential

  • Up to $100,000 sign-on bonus OR loan forgiveness OR 50/50 split

  • Student loan repayment available

  • Annual $5,000 CME allowance + 5 CME days

  • 216 PTO hours (27 days) annually + rollover option

  • Relocation reimbursement

  • Benefits start Day 1

  • Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility
