Job Description

Duration: 12 Months Contract

The candidate will lead the training effort for the implementation of The Ohio Department of Transportation's OAKSenterprise program.

The Business Analyst (BA) will be responsible for leading and coordinating all activities to strategize, organize, manage, and execute the training effort for both internal and external stakeholders for the transition of ODOT's structure, policies, and operations to OAKS. The selected BA will ensure that the training program is completed on schedule and that the final results meet business, technical, quality, and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

Required:

  • At least 7 years' experience in designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions
  • At least 5 years' experience hands-on expertise with instructional design software tools
  • At least 3 years' experience working on an ERP software project implementation or upgrade project
  • At least 2 years' experience with graphic design, report creation, web design, and web based content management tools, methods, and processes
  • At least 2 years' integrating and administering social learning and development solutions with learning management systems (LMS) and learning content management systems (LCMS)
  • At least 2 years' administering and providing support for virtual classrooms or virtual lab

Education:

4 year Bachelor's degree with a concentration in instructional technologies, instructional design, organizational training, corporate education, or equivalent; a Master's degree is preferred.

  • Current Instructional design certification
  • At least 3 years of PeopleSoft experience
