Description
The Surveyor will oversee and manage surveying projects, including boundary surveys, land division, and mapping, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute complex surveying projects from start to finish.
  • Conduct detailed field surveys and supervise survey crews.
  • Interpret legal descriptions and land records for boundary determinations.
  • Prepare and review survey maps, plats, and reports.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and client communication.
  • Provide expert advice on surveying methods and regulations.
  • Maintain knowledge of state and local surveying laws and standards.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license.
  • Extensive experience in land surveying.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in surveying software and equipment.
