Accountabilities

Maintain Project Timeframes, Objectives, and Communication

  • Effective communication and acknowledgement of requests
  • Time entries for tasks are detailed and completed in a timely manner following CWL guidelines 
  • Analyze all documents associated with a task prior to starting and identify any areas you require additional assistance 
  • Investigate possible solutions with prior examples, notes, reviewing regulations online, etc. prior to reaching out to the Lead Land Analyst for answers 


Create and Manage Documentation

  • Preparation of documents (TWS, ROW, SL etc.) 
  • Final package preparation and self-audit
  • Accurate third-party request letter generation in accordance with the third-party manual
  • All documents provided for audit (including Excel worksheets) are formatted for printing in alignment with CWL standards in a professional manner
  • Consistent and accurate data entry and report generation to confirm accuracy
  • Identify, Submit, track, and follow up on third party requests including updating database
  •  Completion and tracking of consultation and notification programs
  • Completion of check list for task 
  • Following the CWL naming convention or Client’s if the project requires 
  • Review of third-party agreement for accuracy (correct legal location, agreement type, etc.) 
  • Search and review land ownership and associated interests, Corp Search 
  • Land title document preparation, submission, and registration


Maintain Knowledge and Current Legislation

  • Understanding of regulatory consultation and notification requirements  
  • Ability to problem solve and research solutions on legislative requirements
  • Commitment to continuous learning and upkeep on technologies including but not limited to the use of Artificial Intelligence to enhance productivity, decision making, and efficiency


Health & Safety

  • Adhere to and stay informed on all Health & Safety requirements as outlined in the organization's policies, procedures, and any relevant legislation
  • Follow established safety procedures and protocols
  • Use required controls to protect against potential hazards, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Identify and report any unsafe conditions, hazards, incidents, or potential risks


Promote a culture of safety through active involvement, attending training, and supporting teammates


Experience and Qualifications
