???? What Youโll Do
As a Senior Electrical Controls Engineer, youโll take ownership of projects and help lead them from design through execution.
Youโll:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
- Lead electrical controls efforts across projects of all sizes
- Design electrical control systems and panels
- Program PLCs, HMIs, and robots across multiple platforms
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality
- Support startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting (remote and onsite)
- Collaborate with engineering, fabrication, and installation teams
- Provide support on systems designed by others
???? What Weโre Looking For
- 6+ years of electrical controls design experience
- 2+ years of project leadership or management experience
- Strong PLC/HMI/robot programming experience
- Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers
- Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA 79, UL508A, and OSHA
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a factory/job shop environment
- Willingness to travel ~10-20% (primarily U.S.)
Education:
- Bachelorโs degree in Electrical Engineering OR
- Associateโs degree with 4+ years of manufacturing experience
