Survey Technician
We are seeking a detail-oriented Survey Technician to join our clients stable and growing team. This role plays a key part in supporting utility construction and right-of-way projects, acting as the bridge between field crews and engineering teams. You will be responsible for processing survey data, performing technical computations, and creating high-quality mapping and drafting deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
Data Processing & Computations
- Process daily field data from survey crews
- Perform survey computations for
- Boundary surveys
- Topographic surveys
- Easements
- Construction stakeout
Drafting & Mapping
- Develop survey drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Create
- Subdivision and parcel maps
- Survey basemaps
- Easement exhibits for utility projects
Collaboration
- Partner with surveyors, field instrument operators, and office staff
- Clearly communicate project specifications, updates, and technical details
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of land surveying drafting (Internships work) and/or CAD experience preferred
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain QA/QC standards and manage multiple projects simultaneously
