Overview

Looking for the BEST Dispatcher in the Industry to Join Fire & Ice Heating & Air!

If you've worked in dispatch for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other home service industries, you already know that dispatchers are the heart of the operation. You keep schedules running efficiently, technicians productive, and customers informed every step of the way.

At Fire & Ice Heating & Air, we recognize and appreciate the impact a great dispatcher has on our success. We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the connection between customers, technicians, and leadership.

Compensation
  • $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

You'll be the central hub that keeps our service department running smoothly by:

  • Receiving and documenting emergency and non-emergency service calls
  • Prioritizing calls based on urgency, customer needs, and technician skill sets
  • Monitoring field technicians and optimizing routes and schedules
  • Scheduling appointments using "right technician, right call" guidelines
  • Entering accurate customer and call information into company software
  • Communicating professionally with customers, technicians, and leadership
  • Supporting a fast-paced service department with accuracy, urgency, and confidence
What We Need From YOU

We're looking for someone who can stay organized under pressure and deliver exceptional customer service every day:

  • Previous dispatching experience required
  • HVAC, plumbing, or electrical dispatch experience preferred
  • ServiceTitan experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Honesty, integrity, and professionalism
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening
