Location: New Albany, OH (Fully Onsite 5 days per week)
Pay Range: $30.00 - $33.00 Per Hour
Job Summary:
This role provides critical engineering support for commercial drug delivery devices and their manufacturing processes, focusing on resolving material and component-related issues. The engineer will investigate, test, and document problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution and product quality. The position demands a detail-oriented individual with hands-on technical skills within a regulated manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and troubleshoot material and component issues in device manufacturing.
• Conduct and document testing to support issue resolution and product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams on assessments.
• Author and review technical reports and documentation.
• Support disposition and escalation of identified product issues.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment
• Strong technical writing skills
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities

Domain / Industry Experience:
Experience in regulated industries, preferably biopharma, biomedical, or medical devices, is strongly preferred.
