M&A Advisor (100% Remote)

We are a premier M&A advisory firm seeking a high-performing M&A Advisor for a 100% remote role. This position focuses heavily on securing sell-side mandates within the $1M to $100M deal size range.

We feed your pipeline with targeted, warm leads directly through our CRM. Your core job is to work these leads efficiently, connect with retiring Baby Boomer business owners during this historic "Silver Tsunami" wealth transfer, and sign them to our firm. Once you secure the mandate, you hand it off to our elite internal team of seasoned deal-makers, who handle execution from due diligence through closing.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage CRM Pipeline: Systematically track, nurture, and convert warm leads provided directly by the firm.
  • Target the Silver Tsunami: Connect with retiring Baby Boomer business owners ready to monetize their life's work.
  • Drive Sell-Side Mandates: Pitch and sign new clients looking to sell their businesses within the $1M–$100M range.
  • Seamless Handoff: Transition clients to our execution team, or execute them yourself if you qualify for our growth path.
