Job Title: HR Management Support Specialist
Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)
Duration: 3+ months
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 am โ 5 pm
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
2+ years experience as HR generalist
Skills: Microsoft Office, Talent Management/ATS, HR software
Key Responsibilities:
Provide HR reports and handle exception cases
Manage associate referrals and payroll status requests
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documents are collected and filed properly
Enter new hire data into SAP and process employment paperwork (I9s, PSRs)
Coordinate equipment and system access for new hires
Schedule and prepare exit interviews and related paperwork
Support hiring activities, including interview scheduling and new hire communications
Maintain HR systems and onboarding/offboarding procedures
Assist with restructuring and reorganization tasks
Manage emergency alert system updates
Collaborate on team projects and help out with other HR duties as needed
