Job description

Job Title: HR Management Support Specialist
Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)
Duration: 3+ months
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 am โ€“ 5 pm

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 2+ years experience as HR generalist

  • Skills: Microsoft Office, Talent Management/ATS, HR software

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR reports and handle exception cases

  • Manage associate referrals and payroll status requests

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documents are collected and filed properly

  • Enter new hire data into SAP and process employment paperwork (I9s, PSRs)

  • Coordinate equipment and system access for new hires

  • Schedule and prepare exit interviews and related paperwork

  • Support hiring activities, including interview scheduling and new hire communications

  • Maintain HR systems and onboarding/offboarding procedures

  • Assist with restructuring and reorganization tasks

  • Manage emergency alert system updates

  • Collaborate on team projects and help out with other HR duties as needed
