Comfort Advisor

Fire & Ice Heating and Air is looking for elite-level sales professionals who know how to close, build trust, and deliver real value to homeowners. If you're an experienced in-home sales rep who thrives during busy season, this is your chance to step into a role with uncapped earnings, strong brand reputation, and nonstop opportunity.
Homeowners are calling. Demand is high. And we need a Comfort Advisor who can turn warm leads into high-value solutions.

Compensation
$120,000 - $250,000+ per year (Uncapped commission - top performers exceed this range)

What You'll Do
  • Meet with homeowners to assess heating, cooling, and plumbing needs
  • Present customized comfort solutions that improve efficiency, comfort, and home performance
  • Deliver high-impact, consultative sales presentations that build value
  • Build trust through honesty, integrity, and expert guidance
  • Prepare accurate proposals and secure signed agreements
  • Manage your pipeline and follow up to close opportunities
  • Conduct or learn heat load/loss calculations to properly size systems
  • Work flexible hours - evenings and occasional weekends - to meet customer demand

This is a role for someone who loves the thrill of the close and the satisfaction of helping homeowners make smart decisions.
What You Bring
  • 4+ years of HVAC or plumbing system sales experience with a proven track record
  • Experience in related in-home sales industries (windows, roofing, bath/kitchen, insulation, home performance) is a major plus
  • BPI, NCI, or similar certifications preferred
  • Strong understanding of sales psychology and value-based selling
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
  • Strong organizational and pipeline management abilities
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • A goal-oriented mindset and hunger to win
