Fire & Ice Heating and Air is looking for elitelevel sales professionals who know how to close, build trust, and deliver real value to homeowners. If you’re an experienced inhome sales rep who thrives during busy season, this is your chance to step into a role with uncapped earnings, strong brand reputation, and nonstop opportunity.

Homeowners are calling. Demand is high. And we need a Comfort Advisor who can turn warm leads into highvalue solutions.

Compensation

$120,000 – $250,000+ per year (Uncapped commission — top performers exceed this range)

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with homeowners to assess heating, cooling, and plumbing needs
  • Present customized comfort solutions that improve efficiency, comfort, and home performance
  • Deliver highimpact, consultative sales presentations that build value
  • Build trust through honesty, integrity, and expert guidance
  • Prepare accurate proposals and secure signed agreements
  • Manage your pipeline and follow up to close opportunities
  • Conduct or learn heat load/loss calculations to properly size systems
  • Work flexible hours — evenings and occasional weekends — to meet customer demand

This is a role for someone who loves the thrill of the close and the satisfaction of helping homeowners make smart decisions.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of HVAC or plumbing system sales experience with a proven track record
  • Experience in related inhome sales industries (windows, roofing, bath/kitchen, insulation, home performance) is a major plus
  • BPI, NCI, or similar certifications preferred
  • Strong understanding of sales psychology and valuebased selling
  • Excellent communication and rapportbuilding skills
  • Strong organizational and pipeline management abilities
  • Techsavvy and comfortable using digital tools
  • Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
  • A goaloriented mindset and hunger to win
