Familiarity with safety management systems, compliance software, and auditing tools is typically required. Another challenge is keeping up with evolving regulations and ensuring that protocols are both compliant and practical for daily operations. Successful Health Safety professionals work closely with management and employees to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
