Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
  • Help with meal preparation and grocery shopping
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks
  • Provide transportation to appointments and errands
  • Follow individualized care plans to ensure client safety and well-being
  • Monitor and report changes in client condition to the office team
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass an Ohio BCI background check
  • Ability to complete a caregiver skills assessment
  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping others
  • Preferred: Previous caregiving experience
  • Preferred: Experience as a Home Care Aide (HCA), Personal Care Aide (PCA), or Home Health Aide (HHA)
  • Preferred: Experience supporting seniors or individuals with disabilities
