Human Resources Generalist
Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support payroll, employee relations, recruiting, leave administration, and day-to-day HR needs within a plant environment. Salary is $65-$85k, DOE
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
  • Established manufacturing organization with a collaborative, people-focused HR team
  • Hands-on role supporting employees and daily HR operations within a plant environment
  • Broad exposure across payroll, employee relations, recruiting, benefits, and leave administration as the HR Generalist
  • Business casual environment with a consistent weekday schedule and no anticipated overtime

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST:
  • The Human Resources Generalist will support payroll by reviewing timecards, processing payroll changes, and suppoting accurate biweekly payroll
  • The Human Resources Generalist will assist employees with HR questions, employee relations matters, benefits, FMLA/LOA, and company policies
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, orientation, employee records, terminations, and HRIS updates
  • Support employee investigations, performance reviews, reporting, workers’ compensation activities, and general HR administration

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST:
  • Previous Human Resources experience with payroll and recruiting exposure required
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus
  • HRIS experience required; ADP and SHRM/PHR certification are pluses

Salary is $65-$85k, DOE
