All we need is you. Requirements: 6 Years of experience in management and oversight of digital accessibility, organizational accessibility compliance, accessibility risk management, user experience, quality control to include a hands-on role(s) in related fields such as accessibility analyst, user experience analyst, accessibility risk assessment, accessibility compliance analyst or similar roles Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, UX Design, Computer or Management Information Systems, Educational Technology or a related field. Expertise in WCAG compliance and a variety of forms of accessibility evaluation, including manual testing.

Proficiency with accessibility evaluation tools (e.g., Axe, WAVE, Siteimprove) and assistive technologies (e.g., JAWS, NVDA). Knowledge of accessibility laws and regulations, including ADA, Section 504/508, and WCAG standards. Familiarity with the product development lifecycle, UX design, and human-centered design principles.

Experience with vendor management and procurement processes. Compensation: The annual pay range for this position is $83,071.00 โ€“ $132,940.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
