EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or 5 years relevant experience, enrolled in ABA Certificate or Masters Program preferred.

Specific Duties, Competencies, and Behaviors
Ensure workforce composition supports the agency mission, and the program and client needs including but not limited to:
Complete recruiting, interviewing and hiring, and
Complete and manage referrals and support the client through the referral and intake process
Provide staff support including but not limited to:
Create new hire training schedules meeting all training and productivity requirements following agency procedure (e.g., full-time staff at 28 hours by week three),
In collaboration with Program Supervisor, mentor and educate/train new staff following a BST model; provide ongoing staff support and oversight following a BST model; support QBHS’ with specific identified areas for growth; ensure staff competency,
Create, update, and monitor staff member work schedules including direct treatment, office time, travel time, etc.,
Ensure team members follow all agency policy to complete schedules in CR, convert appointments, and, as needed, correct notes and overlapping sessions,
Ensure ongoing team communication and staff compliance with agency procedures (e.g., call off, CR schedules, documentation completed, etc.); communicate team member needs and concerns with Director,
Ensure all team members have the necessary support, training, and materials,
Cover shifts as needed (e.g., absences, changing client needs), and
Complete 30/90-day feedback forms and assist with annual appraisals of QBHS team members, as needed
Monitor and communicate client progress and needs including but not limited to:
Assist the Program Supervisor in opening new cases including acting as temporary direct contact and/or to support the QBHS,
Serve as the facilitator for the client's team; manage client and team schedules,
Communicate with parent and caregiver as needed regarding case management topics like staff schedules, materials needed for treatment programming,
On an ongoing basis, manage client data, evaluate client progress on current targets, identify when new targets are ready for implementation or needed, ensure all team members are implementing activities to support the treatment plan, and monitor client progress toward treatment plan goals; assist Program Supervisor by providing feedback on all areas to optimize individualized goals and objectives for each client,
Provide client behavior support plan training and monitoring in collaboration with Program Supervisor,
Identify and communicate client case management and DA Update needs with Program Supervisor,
Assist Program Supervisor(s) with skills assessments and program material development as assigned,
Collaborate with the treatment team including client, parents and caregivers, outside professionals, QBHS’, and all other co-workers, and
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment is available in client treatment; ensure the utilization of safe, appropriate, and ethical procedures when working with clients
Provide 1:1 and/or case management services in the home/community settings for clients and their families to maintain treatment proficiency and as needed.
Meet all direct service personnel competencies
Attend all supervision meetings accordingly
Provide complete, detailed and timely documentation according to agency procedure
Manage multiple service and billing systems, clients schedules and data, client case management, and related administrative tasks
Complete other duties as assigned

Complete ongoing feedback forms, performance evaluations, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary action
Complete HR-related duties such as timecards, data spreadsheets, time off requests, etc.
Manage client staffing and service needs as determined by the ITP
Complete and manage referrals and support the client through the referral and intake process
Serve as the facilitator for the client's team; manage client and team schedules
Communicate with parent and caregiver as needed regarding case management topics like staff schedules, materials needed for treatment programming
Identify and communicate client case management and DA Update needs with assigned LBHP (LISW, LSW)
Assist with outcomes measurement collection and reporting, as needed
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment is available in client treatment; ensure the utilization of safe, appropriate, and ethical procedures when working with clients
Assist and complete discharge reports, as needed
Provide 1:1 and/or case management services in the AIC setting for clients and their families to maintain treatment proficiency and as needed.
Cover shifts as needed (e.g., absences, changing client needs)
Meet all direct service personnel competencies
Attend all supervision meetings accordingly
Provide complete, detailed and timely documentation according to agency procedure
Stay current with community services and systems to implement case management requirements successfully, connect clients and families to needed supports and services

Apply professional training and experience to determine appropriate interventions for clients, to conduct field research, and to carry out other assignments appropriate to the specific program area
Apply Interventions and respond to the behavioral needs of clients which may involve serious behavior problems, developmental issues, autism, and/or issues of abuse or neglect
Develop and implement behavior programs, behavior plans, transition plans, and coordinate delivery of appropriate services to clients by providers to achieve therapeutic outcomes
Participate in interdisciplinary and/or case review meetings at which behavioral treatment programs are reviewed
Collect baseline and intervention data to evaluate outcomes
Change diapers and provides toilet training; run after children that have eloped from treatment area, get up and down from ground when needed
Provide staff and parent training and on-site support in the area of applied behavior analysis for families and providers
Conduct direct observations and assessments of individual clients in their living, educational, and community environments
Learn and continually demonstrate core mental health competencies for the provision of mental health services
Demonstrate evidence-based clinical implementation skills
Provide supervision and training of clinical implementation and staff

Monitor and report progress on designated clients toward their ISP/ITP, IEP, and/or Treatment Plan objectives and goals to the supervisor
