Location: Sagamore Hills, OH & Norton, OH
Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour

What You'll Do
  • Provide one-on-one support to children with disabilities or behavioral challenges

Requirements
  • No prior certification required at hire – we provide assistance with RBT training

  • Must obtain RBT and CPR certification within 30 days of hire

  • Must complete BCI & FBI background checks before starting

  • Preferred: minimum of 2 years of college education (not required)


Work Schedule & Locations
  • Multiple shifts available: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday (some weekend availability)

  • Most hours are at our therapy center in Norton, OH

  • Some services may be provided in clients' homes, schools, or community settings throughout the Cleveland–Akron area
