Crew Leader/ Backhoe Operator

Mr. Rooter is looking for a crew leader/backhoe operator in Columbus, Ohio! At Mr. Rooter Plumbing we value helping our team members build long-lasting careers. If you’re ready to join our talented & enthusiastic team that shows up ready to crush goals, it is time to take the next step!

Pay Range: $60-90k, depending on experience. Requirements:

  • Must have valid Class A CDL license
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Teamwork skills - must be able to work as part of a team and be able to lead a team
  • Excavation experience
  • Experience with skid steer and backhoe
  • Exterior plumbing knowledge
  • Crew lead experience
