Job description

This position will support the OFCC application development group in the modernization of CMW from Perl/MySQL to Java/React/MariaDB on an AWS platform.ย 

Day-to-Day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Designing and Developing Software - Writing clean, efficient code to build new applications or features that meet user and business needs. Full stack development.

2. Testing and Quality Assurance โ€“ Conduct unit tests, integration tests, system tests and debugging to ensure reliability. Participate in code reviews and collaborate with QA teams to maintain high standards of quality.

3. Documentation - Writing clear documentation that explains how the code works, how APIs behave, and how systems are structured.ย 

4. Deployment and Support - Package and deploy modules to testing or production environments. Monitor applications after release and provide support when issues arise, ensuring smooth operation for users.
