What You'll Do: 

The Insurance Solutions Analyst is the operational core of the Insurance Solutions team, responsible for the day-to-day execution that keeps Foxen's in-house P&C insurance agency and property damage liability waiver programs running. This role owns claims intake and triage, TPA coordination, FNOL management, customer and resident support, and ongoing reporting and Salesforce hygiene. You will report directly to the Director of Insurance Solutions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Claims Intake & Triage 

  • Monitor theInsurance Solutionsinbox; review, triage, and respond to incident reports across CRM and communication platforms 
  • Facilitate incident reporting to licensed Claims TPAs for the adjudication of claims onnon-admittedcommercial lines policies issued by carrier partners; escalate customer inquiries and concerns to theappropriate partiesin a timely manner. 
  • Review FNOLs for accuracy and route to TPA; confirmliabilitywaiverprogramorrentersinsurancecoveragestatus for impacted residents 
  • Maintain follow-up tasks and dailyCRM hygieneto ensureaccurateclaim records and reporting 
  • ProvideFoxen's Legalteamwith necessary information to respond toregulator inquiries 

TPA Coordination & Customer Support 

  • Serve as day-to-day operational contact for TPA coordination and claims support 
  • Address coverage questions from TPA, customers, and residents 
  • Respond to claims and coverage inquiries from customers and residents; handle escalation calls 
  • When escalated for review,assistin analyzingtenantrentersinsurancepolicies toconfirmlandlordcoverage and certificate of insurance requirements are met 
  • Set up external user access to claims and FNOL submission portals 
  • Work with the Relationship Management Team and Customer Success Managerson support tasks 

Documentation & Cross-Functional Support 

  • Supportthe Relationship Management Team and Customer Success Managers during customer-facing meetings and training calls 
  • Createandmaintainreferencedocumentationfor operational and claims processes 
What Great Looks Like:
  • 1-2 years of hands-on claims handling experience, TPA, carrier, MGA, orinsurtechclaims operations preferred, with strong working knowledge of claims lifecycle, coverage structures, policy administration, and reserving 
  • Demonstratedexpertisein TPA coordination, FNOL intake, and Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. You arrive knowing how claims operations run and are ready to own them from Day 1 
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume operational work with precision 
  • Strong background in customer and stakeholder communication and comfortable handling escalation calls, explaining coveragerequirements and scope of liability waiver programto residents, and working cross-functionally withvarious departments
  • Licensing Requirement: An active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is preferred. Candidates who do not currently hold a license must be willing and able to obtain the required license upon hire, with support provided by Foxen.
