Job description

Radiologic Technologist – Operating Room

Shift: 1st shift, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Schedule: 4x10s

Weekend requirement: working every 3rd weekend

Certification: ARRT (registered) required

BLS: current certification required

Years of experience: minimum of 2 years in a similar role (preferably in Level I Trauma or teaching hospital)

EMR: Epic

License: ODH license (confirm state licensing requirements)

Core clinical skills:

  • C-arm and O-arm operation for OR use
  • Intraoperative X-ray and fluoroscopy
  • Portable/bedside imaging
  • General diagnostic radiography experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide C-arm and O-arm coverage for surgical X-ray procedures.
  • Maintain radiologic equipment and ensure functionality.
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure proper imaging support during procedures.
  • Perform intraoperative imaging and related diagnostic fluoroscopy.
  • Conduct portable and bedside imaging as required.

Compliance / Notes:

  • Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
  • Ohio fingerprinting is urgent; candidates must complete immediately upon contract signing.
