Job description
Vascular Interventional Radiology Technologist
Schedule: Days, 5x8s (06:45–15:15)
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED; graduate of an accredited radiography program
- ARRT (Vascular Interventional preferred/ARRT VI)
- Ohio Department of Health radiologic license (pending accepted)
- BLS certification required
- 2 years of experience preferred; may consider 1+ year with Level I or Level II trauma experience
- Experience with imaging technology including fluoroscopy, CT, and ultrasound
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare for and assist in image-guided vascular procedures
- Operate fluoroscopy/C-arm equipment and assist with imaging techniques
- Monitor patients during procedures and provide necessary support to radiologists
- Assist with equipment setup and ensure proper maintenance
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
Compliance / Notes:
- Required to be available for shared call
- Weekend and holiday shifts every other weekend and holiday required
- Maximum of 10 days of requested time off per contract; no time off allowed during initial weeks of assignment
